Kate has been with Camp Vicgtory since 2018, first as Camp Director, and most recently, taking the helm as Executive Director in April 2024. Kate grew up coming to Camp Victory as a camper, counselor, and leader of Camp JRA (a camp for kids with arthritis). Kate loves Camp Victory because of the amazing experiences kids get to have when they are here. Kate works with our Partner Camps, Volunteers, and Community Members to ensure that our campers have a fun and safe experience at Camp Victory.

Gail has been working at Camp Victory since 2000. Gail works year round to provide an amazing camping experience for our campers and others. Gail is a vital part of our team working in the office to ensure our Greenwood Environmental Education Center is well equipped with quality teachers and programming and helping with anything from volunteers to grant writing. She continues to lead the kitchen staff and is “world famous” for her chocolate chip cookies!

Michael has more than 25 years experience in partnership marketing, communications and revenue generation. He has worked for non-profit and corporate organizations in the cultural attraction, education and hospitality industries in the metro New York, Chicago and Scranton markets.

Vicki is a Millville resident and brings a great background of experience in bookkeeping and accounting processes, as well as a great technical ability to manage financials.

John is one of our part-time maintenance team members. John helps us out all around camp.

Jim is one of our part-time maintenance team members. Jim helps us all around camp.

Mike has been working at Camp Victory since 2013. Mike enjoys working at the challenge course.

Jamie has been with Camp Victory for years. Jamie started as a lifeguard and is now the waterfront director.

Karen works with our Partner Camps to ensure fun and new crafts to create while they are at Camp Victory.
