Uncle Walter's Treehouse
Uncle Walter’s Treehouse is a dream come true for everyone at Camp Victory! West Pharmaceutical Services provided all of the funding, as well as the manpower to construct this wonderful structure. It was designed by Forever Young Treehouses of Vermont. The on-site supervisor was our faithful friend and experienced contractor, Harold Fisk. Over 100 employees, in 8 people per day shifts, from West’s three local plants in Montgomery, Jersey Shore, and Williamsport worked for eight weeks to complete the project. It was finished just in time for the 2007 camping season!
This project was a labor of love by everyone involved! The West people were so wonderful to work with….it was a very special partnership!
Our campers love their new treehouse and want to say a huge “thank you” to everyone at West Pharmaceutical Services for funding and building this wonderful treehouse!

All total, we will host over 1,400 children for this fun and educational program!
May 16th
Beginning on May 16, 2008, we will officially begin our 15th summer of overnight camps for children with special needs. Our first camp of the summer will be Camp Courage, a camp for children who have suffered the loss of a loved one. From that date through the end of September, we will host 11 different weekend camps and 11 weeklong camps….more than 1,200 campers and over 800 counselors will benefit from coming to our Camp Victory facility to swim, fish, climb, play, “hang out”, and make life-long friends. Miracles happen every day at Camp Victory!
